The registration fee is GBP 40, payable on arrival in cash. It covers the costs of coffee break refreshments. No registration fee for students, speakers and retired participants.
(1) As part of its grant, the London Mathematical Society kindly supports attendance by a number of UK-based graduate students. (See below for how to apply).
(2) The London Mathematical Society also makes available limited funding to enable the participation of parents and carers who, without additional support, could not attend. For further information see: https://www.lms.ac.uk/grants/caring-supplementary-grants
(3) The Analysis Trust have generously offered to fund a number of student bursaries to support graduate students attending the conference. The bursary will cover up to 50% of the cost of accommodation and board but cannot be used to pay for travel expenses.
Those wishing to apply for a Student Grant should request it in their registration e-mail, and ask their supervisor to send a brief supporting statement. It is advisable to apply as soon as possible.
For those wishing to reserve it, accommodation in en-suite study bedrooms, for the nights of 11th – 14th September, is available at Storm Jameson Court on the Leeds University Campus, at a cost of around £45 per person per night, bed and breakfast. Invited speakers need not do anything. They will automatically be booked-in to Storm Jameson Court by the organisers.
